Jessica was great! She gave many location recommendations and put together different options for us to consider. After deciding on a location, she was great at communicating and making sure we had all information we needed to make the trip run smoothly. She even sent chocolate covered strawberries to our room since we were on our honeymoon!

We approached Jessica about visiting the New England area and she was able to suggest a Globus tour that visited 6 New England states! She was most helpful in providing information about the area and the tour prior to leaving and answered all of our questions regarding travel possibilities, such as driving (and parking) or flying. She arranged our flight from Milwaukee to Boston and even arranged for us to stay an extra three nights in Boston after the tour which allowed us to take in more of the history and the Kennedy Library. Jessica gave us her personal phone number in case we ran into any difficulties, called us in Boston to make sure we got there ok, and even called us after we got home to ask us if the trip met our expectations.
